LouBrand Consulting is a family based Health, Safety and ISO Consultancy Company with a vast range of experience in various fields. Management and consultants of LouBrand Consulting has over 30 Years combined experience in the field of Health and Safety, and ISO management systems. We specialise in the development, implementation and monthly maintenance of management systems.

Consultants

Client Focused

Each of our consultants takes full responsibility for their clients, to manage and service according to each company's individual needs. Each consultant has a maximum of 10 clients to service, to give them enough time to consult in depth as needed and required by the client. Consultants are internationally qualified and are attending updating courses as and when needed.

Safety File

Catering For Your Individual Needs

We pride ourselves in the fact that we cater for your individual needs. We do not create a generic Health and Safety File which can be used for different industries. We create a Health and Safety Management system for your company, based on your company's needs and requirements. Safety files are company based, there is no such thing as a generic safety file.

Auditing

Audit Procedure

Each company needs to be audited at least once per month.
Your consultant will arrange a meeting with the Safety Committee. On the day of this meeting your consultant, accompanied by the SHE rep will conduct a site walk around, notes will be made, and photos taken on safety aspects. After this site walk around a complete audit report will be compiled (Point system as well as written) with photos attached. On completion of the audit report, the SHE meeting needs to takes place where the audit report will be discussed with all the various role players. At the conclusion of the meeting, the audit report as well as the meeting minutes will be kept on file as reference.

ISO Services

Giving you peace of mind.

We are in the position to assist companies from the initial start up meeting until the day of the external accreditation audit for ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, as well as OHSAS 18001. A pre implementation meeting as well as a GAP analysis is done and from there your individual company needs and requirements are determined. Procedures and Work Instructions are drawn up to reflect your company methods and the end result is a management system that is dedicated to your specific needs while addressing all the minimum requirements of the relevant standard.

We assist you with the up keeping of your ISO System, in the form of a monthly ISO meeting to do a semi internal audit of your system as well as a meeting with the ISO Management Representative discussing the audit report.

Our consultants are qualified to do your annual internal audit as well as representation at management review meeting and external accreditation audit.
